Leadership development is woven into everyday school life through the Ron Clark House System. Every student belongs to one of four houses that foster teamwork, healthy competition, character development, and a commitment to serving others. Guided by the philosophy of “Four Houses, One Family,” students learn through community service initiatives and school partnerships that leadership begins with giving back. House leaders are selected by their peers, while initiatives like the Amazing Shake strengthen communication, professionalism, confidence, and critical thinking through real-world scenarios.
