Since then, the company has expanded across Europe, including France, Germany, Italy, and Hungary, and over the past three years into North America. Today, USTARS is a U.S.-registered company with a growing presence in the American market, while continuing to support students internationally, including placements in Canada.
USTARS works primarily with high school soccer players, from first-year students through seniors, as well as students who have already graduated and are seeking college opportunities later. The company guides families through a complex process with a strong emphasis on realism, transparency, and long-term fit. Parents are actively included to ensure decisions are informed, understood, and aligned with both academic priorities and financial expectations.

Each engagement begins with a complimentary introductory meeting. During this session, USTARS evaluates the student’s soccer level, academic record, English proficiency when applicable, intended field of study, and family budget. The meeting also helps to align expectations, clarify goals, and determine realistic outcomes.
Once both sides agree to move forward, USTARS develops an initial list of 10 to 15 universities that best match the student’s overall profile. From there, the placement team works directly with coaches through long-standing personal relationships across NCAA Division I, II, and III programs, NAIA schools, junior colleges, and Canadian institutions. Rather than sending mass emails, USTARS shares targeted player profiles with coaches whose programs are aligned with the athlete’s abilities and needs. This approach saves time for both families and coaches, leading to more meaningful conversations.
Throughout the entire process, from the first meeting through arrival on campus, USTARS maintains close communication with students and families. A dedicated team supports athletes as coach interest develops, helps interpret feedback, answers questions, and provides guidance at every decision point. The goal is to ensure students fully understand their options and choose programs where they can thrive.
